When there is water above a water source, other water sources adjacent to the water source flow outwards

When water (source or non source) is above a water source, the water sources adjacent to the lower water source flow outwards instead of staying put. This could cause annoying water flow that pulls players around in player made structures, ocean monuments, ruins, shipwrecks, flooded caves, cave buffet worlds, and waterfalls.

This same glitch applies to lava, but it is way less annoying for gameplay.

Same thing applies to lava, but for lava it's a mere graphical glitch because lava doesn't pull players unlike water.

1.14 is looking great; as it stands in 1.14 Pre-Release 5, swimming in enclosed spaces is annoying and nearly impossible!

Confirmed. This happens with both flowing and source water. Probably intended for flowing water falling onto source water, however this happening for source water above other source water is probably not intended. Attached a screenshot of this happening both with flowing and with still water to ease reproduction.

Edit: I might want to add, this is also the case for lava.
