In a village with 5 villagers, all the villagers throw heart particles. Constantly, in every 3-4 seconds. They're talking to each other, grasping each other's hands, however no childrens are borning at all.
They're constantly in love mode despite the fact, that it's a small village with 8 houses only, so there isn't too much workplaces here. This would be okay, but where are the children?

Same thing since 19w11a to b, I have tried in different worlds, Survival and Creative. Once there are three beds, three workstations and two villagers with enough food, they start getting lovey dovey but no babies are born. Please Mojang remove contraceptives.
Can confirm. I have met all the requirements. Beds, workstations, food, even trading the last spot repeatedly. Villagers will "love mode" each other constantly, no babies.
Still in 19w12a, unfortunatelly they didn't add this one to the list on this snapshot. Shame, can't really enjoy a new survival world if I can't get baby villagers.
I wonder if this is just a duplicate entity issue, as the iron golems every so often go around with roses in their hands trying to give it to an invisible baby? But since none are growing up it seems they don't exist.
It is still happening in 19w12b. One thing that HAS changed from 19w12a, is that if you use a Villager spawn egg on an existing Villager, in 19w12b it DOES produce a baby Villager. In 19w12a, it produced another adult Villager. Progress! 😉

Just noticed this in 19w11b as well, but I was trying to get them to breed to fill out a town I've been expanding.
