Cat type "Jellie" doesn't spawn in villages upon world generation

It looks like Goodtimeswithscar found Jellie in his latest video:

However, I'm still thinking that Jellie cats don't spawn during initial chunk generation, only as a passive mob after the fact (based on how the Jellie spawned in his video). Can anyone confirm if they've been able to find a Jellie cat this way? If so, the title of the bug report should be updated to reflect that Jellie cats don't spawn during initial village chunk generation. 

I have been doing some testing lately of cat spawning on how it works.
All you need is 5 villagers with 5 different workstations, 5 beds and a bell.
At any time, any type of cat will eventually spawn, including Jellie!

However, in naturally found villages, they still will not spawn like all 10 other cat types do!

I found Jellie in a witch hut, but that is an unintentional case of them spawning since only black cats should spawn there.

I was able to have a Jellie cat spawn in a village this morning by setting up the five villagers + five beds. This bug appears to just affect the initial chunk generation. 

If this is intended, this bugs needs to be marked as intended so the wiki can be updated. 

Can confirm, in minecraft/structures/village/common/animals/jellie.nbt, the cat's CatType is set to 10, which is a black cat, not Jellie.

The structure files seem to be named incorrectly as well, but Jellie is the only cat type missing.
