Baby foxes don't drop items they're holding when they die

Baby foxes that spawn naturally with items won't ever drop either. To reproduce that, use the following command to give yourself a sword with sharpness 100 and looting 100:

/give @p minecraft:diamond_sword{Enchantments:[{id:sharpness,lvl:100},{id:looting,lvl:100}]}

Kill a baby fox that naturally spawned with an item using the given sword (pun intended), and the baby fox will never drop the item, even though the adult foxes do in this situation.
