[MC-14865] Carpets Are Not Flammable

Carpets do not burn when fire is placed next to them, but they should since they are made of wool and wool is flammable.

Carpets shouldn't be flammable, giving a clear distinction to wool.

So you wanna say if I burn my wood/wool house, only floating carpets should remain? Looks a bit weird to me. Wool blocks burn and carpets are the same material, so they should too!
