The bug

Sometimes, after a raid bar is fully charged, it simply disappears, no raid horn sound is played, and no raiders spawn.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.14 (pre-)release.

Reopened, as there have been multiple bug reports about this. I assume this happens whenever the game fails to spawn in the raiders for some reason.
