[MC-151623] Breaking the bottom of a stack of carpets breaks all other carpets instantaneously

Breaking the supporting block of a stack of carpets causes all supported carpets to break at the same time.

The breaking would spread from the bottom up gradually.

All blocks break at exactly the same time.

The Bug:

Carpets all get destroyed at the same time when the bottom supporting block gets destroyed.

Steps to Reproduce:

/fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~1 ~20 ~1 minecraft:white_carpet

Destroy the bottom block of the carpets.
Take note as to whether or not carpets all get destroyed at the same time when the bottom supporting block gets destroyed.

Observed Behavior:

Carpets all get destroyed at the same time when the bottom supporting block gets destroyed.

Expected Behavior:

Carpets would all get destroyed gradually when the bottom supporting block gets destroyed.
