[MC-206567] Stalagmite gets all destroyed at the same time when the bottom block gets destroyed

Stalagmite is destroyed at the same time when the bottom block gets destroyed, unlike kelp, bamboo, sugar cane or cactus. The best possible fix is it all falling down like stalactites
