[MC-152081] Witch huts spawn mobs other than witches in floating island buffet worlds

Witch huts no longer exclusively spawn witches in witch hut boundaries when on buffet worlds with floating islands.

What else is spawning there that doesn't in a non-buffet world?

Anything that would normally spawn in the overworld, at least from what I've seen (skeletons, spiders, zombies, etc.)

It seems as though this and any of the related bugs regarding buffet world generation may be fixed now with custom worlds introduced.

Even so the world type "buffet" no longer exists, so this bug along with the others seem to be "invalid" now.

So can you still reproduce this in 1.16-pre2 or higher?
