[MC-156402] Some Africa Alphabet characters not included in Minecraft font

Relates to MC-156368, MC-156367, MC-156366, MC-156376

Some characters from the Africa Alphabet, used to transcribe several African languages, are not included within Minecraft's default font. This could pose problematic when any languages utilizing these characters are implemented.

Which language (supported by Minecraft) uses these characters? If there's none, this is not a bug, but a feature request.
