Putting an item frame with an anvil on the item frame on the same block as where a torch is causes Z-Fighting

The Bug:

Z-fighting can be seen when torches occupy the same space as anvils in item frames.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Build the setup as shown in the attachment below.

• Look at where the anvil intersects the model of the torch.

• Take note as to whether or not z-fighting can be seen when torches occupy the same space as anvils in item frames.

Observed Behavior:

Z-fighting can be seen when torches occupy the same space as anvils in item frames.

Expected Behavior:

Z-fighting would not be able to be seen when torches occupy the same space as anvils in item frames.
