[MC-164202] Quickcrafting doesn't work

When crafting something, you used to be able to send it to your hotter corresponding to the number key you clicked, but it was changed so if your hotter is occupied it won't work. Heres an example: https://imgur.com/GN2itSo

It seems strange that something like this would just be removed. Maybe it was an accidental removal by Mojang.
