Villagers with taiga outfits show Z-fighting around their neck

Wouldn't this be the same as MC-141064 which is resolved as "Won't Fix"?

Should be related to MC-141064. I don't get it. If MC-141064 is resolved as Won't Fix and doesn't work with zombie villagers, why don't they just change their texture to be the same as zombie villagers' cloaks? Exactly the same goes for this.

It can be easily fixed by changing the coat just like zombie villagers have it. That would also be a way to fix MC-141064(Because this is not the case with zombie villagers)
