Horse Armor texture is off

Basically duplicates MC-74408 but leaving it open since it's already assigned + priority.

Relates to the ticket where the brewing stand bottle slot isn't affected by the texture update.

Well it also happens to Brewing Stands 😛, Once upon a time I put a water bottle on it, then I found that present watter bottle texture has less one pixel, while the UI of bottle pattern still uses B4 1.14 one..
