[MC-168763] Glitched Snow Textured Grass Block

The Bug
When exploring a Snow Biome I cam across some grass that is the snow textured grass block but it was grey.

I recreated the world, teleported to a place near there, and flew to the coordinates you provided for 3 times. At the third time I managed to reproduce this bug, but at a slightly different coordinates(-17408 71 01739 and -17408 71 -1739).
