breaking a locked chest produces wrong particles

Can confirm 13w41a as the fix version of this issue (I fail to understand how it is considered invalid). 13w18a marks the first occurrence of lava particles, although 13w03a is the first version where locked chests would draw from the top left of the atlas, which is the underlying cause of this issue. Duplicated by MC-17765 and MC-34037, which are either unlinked to this or erroneously considered duplicates of other tickets. Closely related to MC-6779, MC-47105 and MC-46427, which all stem from undefined particle textures defaulting to the top left of the atlas, with the last two also giving off lava particles as a result.
