Weeping/Twisting Vines drop Without Shears

I think I remember reading that line in the wiki, when the update had just came out. So probably not an official source.

Except I tested it? And it is a bug not a feature lol, did you even do anything? Or are you just trolling and I got wooooshed?

Reopened because the fix for MC-170900 only included the roots.

Considering that the vines only drop a certain percentage of the time when mined without a tool I'm pretty sure this is the intended behaviour.
