Brewing stands don't have a "facing" block state

shouldn't be hard to add a facing blockstate to fix this

Can confirm this in 21w44a. Since this report is lacking information, I've rewritten it to accurately state what the problem is. Here are some extra details.

The Bug:

Brewing stands don't have a "facing" block state.

As a result of this, brewing stands always appear to face east.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Obtain a brewing stand and place it down.

• Enable the F3 debug menu by pressing the "F3" key.

• Look at the brewing stand and take note as to whether or not it has a "facing" block state.

Observed Behavior:

Brewing stands don't have a "facing" block state.

Expected Behavior:

Brewing stands would have a "facing" block state.

Are there any other tickets like this for other blocks? Cake is one candidate for such a block - I've searched but there don't appear to be any associated tickets.
