[MC-173487] Falling out of water death message still does not seem to appear

Testing the fix to MC-7424, I still cant seem to get the falling out of water message to show up.

On a related note, there seems to be no message for falling out of lava.

It seems that the removal of this message has resulted in the following bug: MC-195467

The string has been removed.

So it's removed in 20w12a or was it missing from 20w11a and readded to 20w12a?

The string existed in the translations in 20w11a, but was unused. It has been removed in 20w12a.

Reopened under MC-195467 due to the death message still being called under rare circumstances.
