Unable to breed villagers on a 20w11a server.
Villagers stopped picking up bread after updating from 20w10a.
Tested with fresh villagers from a new village, and from spawn eggs and none will pick up bread so I don't think it's and inventory bug.
I have more than enough beds, workstations, bells, all of the necessary items.
They work fine in single-player.

OP, have you tried reverting server and client with the same world to test? I have the same issue, tried reverting and it still did not work. It may be a time based issue, that corrupts villagers globally?
Having the same issue - running Java 20W11a over LAN on windows 64 bit, no villagers are picking up: bread, carrots, potatoes. Tested spawn egg, converted, and natural villagers.
