OP, have you tried reverting server and client with the same world to test? I have the same issue, tried reverting and it still did not work. It may be a time based issue, that corrupts villagers globally?
Endermen will not enter water if provoked by player, will approach the edge of water and move along it.

This is happening on Xbox 1 as well. Our workaround is to join a featured server, log out and then try to re-load the saved world we had earlier problems with. We know it will work when the greyed out world picture gets replaced with the saved picture from the server we were last in.
On XBOX 1: Normally when flying in creative mode you can use the (B) crouch button to descend and the (A) button to ascend. However, in BETA when standing on or near scaffolding while in fly mode (creative) it sometimes glitches you into survival mode behavior for when you are bridging and need to keep from falling off the edge or it makes you stuck in crouch descend mode until the (B) button is pressed again.
Same issue on Xbox 1. Older skins are half missing and overlays not showing.
