[MC-175356] Piglins and hoglins do not avoid magma blocks

Piglins and hoglins do not try to avoid magma blocks. They just walk onto magma blocks and sometimes even keep standing and taking damage.

How to reproduce: place a bunch of magma blocks on the ground and then spawn a bunch of piglins and hoglins

In 20w12a. There's actually a lot of issues like this for every mob. For example, if a mob is ON magma blocks, they wont try to get off them, and if their target is standing on magma blocks, though they normally try to avoid them they'll walk right onto them to get to their target.

I assume the same happens for cacti and wither roses
