The enchantement glint of a lodestone compass jumps, when you move around its target and the compass rotates.

According to MC-188769, this affects other items such as clocks and bows as well. These items should probably be added to this ticket.
From what I can tell it happens to every item that is animated through separate texture files. So that's the compass, clock, bow and a few others.
This is especially noticeable / flickery whenever a lodestone compass does not have a lodestone assigned. It seems the enchantment glint animation resets whenever the needle moves, which in that case is constantly.
