Cave generator won't cut through blackstone. This does not apply to basalt.

To reproduce, use the seed -5639374245798752333 and run the following command:

/execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @p -476 42 309

Appears to be fixed, I'm seeing lots of caves having no trouble cutting right through blackstone.
