[MC-178632] Main menu screen camera isn't moving like in older versions

From 1.13 the main menu background screen isn't moving good. In previous versions you can see that the camera is moving to the right, but slightly up and down too. While in 1.13 and up, that's not the case. Camera is now moving only straight to the right, which doesn't look so good. Plus you will never see the panorama_4 image.
