Blackstone substitutes can't be used in the crafting of Lodestones, Grindstones, Blast Furnaces, and Stonecutters, while it is supposed to be a stone substitute, as explicitly said and it being used in the crafting of stone tools and furnaces proves.

Because it's the same bug. Blackstone cannot be used as a substitute for stone in all recipes. Exactly which recipes are affected is irrelevant here.
