Randomly my realm will not save or back up a play session, and I'll lose all my progress. Fortunately it's been for short sessions, for now, but if I lose hours worth of work it will kill all my motivation to keep playing and certainly spur me to ask for a refund. I thought the whole point of having a realm was that everything is saved in the cloud, so I don't need to worry about this kind of thing.
