[MC-180166] Breaking a soul campfire has different drops in Bedrock and Java

When a soul campfire is broken without Silk Touch, it drops one charcoal in Bedrock, but one soul soil in Java.

How to reproduce:

1. Place down a soul campfire.

2. Break it with your bare hands.

I do not believe this is a bug in Java Edition. As DrownedZombie mentioned, the JE behavior is working as intended (which makes sense since soul campfires are crafted with 1 soul soil/soul sand, and thus should drop soul soil).

I think bedrock Edition was the correct project. It makes more sense that soul campfire drops soul soil instead of charcoal. Soul campfire is made out of soul sand or soul soil and not coal or charcoal. So the bug is in the bedrock Edition, which means bedrock was the correct project

Java has the correct implementation, we will fix this issue in Bedrock.
