every so often a massive lagspike occures on servers

That may likely be due to just low tps, and lots of stuff happening in your world

no i still have it even after loading in all the chunks, removing all the mobs and monsters, i even tested this in a superflat and it still does this, but less often

While the lag occurs, please run /debug start, wait a while and then run /debug stop in order to create a debug profile. Afterwards, run /debug report.

If you do not have the permission to run these commands, open your world to LAN and enable cheats. If you're on a server, make sure that you're a server operator in order to execute these commands.

it sometimes happends to them too, but its more frequent for me.

Does it seem to happen when you cross chunk borders, or randomly?

its quite random, but when it happends i am almost always walking towards somewhere

Please make sure this isn't an issue with the server, contact the server admin to monitor the situation.

It stopped happening. God thanks but I just wanted to quickly tell you, that I was the owner of the server I was running it(on another pc)
