its quite random, but when it happends i am almost always walking towards somewhere

you need to put a compas in the middle in the crafting table, and the cartography table is to edit maps(make them bigger, lock them, etc) it doesn't make them. read the wiki!!! minecraft.gamepedia.com/
i dont think you are suposed to set that to 0, cuz what you are doing is making it so you constaly die, because you have no health
no i still have it even after loading in all the chunks, removing all the mobs and monsters, i even tested this in a superflat and it still does this, but less often
It stopped happening. God thanks but I just wanted to quickly tell you, that I was the owner of the server I was running it(on another pc)
