Using a pickaxe on levers, even when enchanted with efficiency 5 still has the same mining speed as with your fists.
How to reproduce
Get a diamond pickaxe, and enchant it with Efficiency 5
Place down a lever
Go back to Survival mode if not already
Mine the lever with the pickaxe
❌ notice the time it takes to mine it is not faster than normal

Same cause as MC-11992.
Disagree with resolution - this is a really weak resolution as we're concerning completely different blocks, and kind of implies that MC-140544 and MC-171534 should be considered duplicates as well despite dealing with again totally different blocks.
Can this ticket be renamed to only concern levers, reopened and ownership transferred to me?

It also happens to me
