Just created a new survival world on a random seed after the minor 1.15.2 update, and there is no naturally generating soul sand in the nether. Searched for an hour and couldn't find a single block anywhere.

Update: found a very small amount under Y=35 after more searching. Is there a reason why it's so much more rare than it was a week ago?

Unable to reproduce, first block that I saw after spawning in a new nether was soul sand.
