As of 20w22a, the Zombified Piglins now stick their arms upward like zombies. However, if you add a texture to the second layers of their arms (aka the sleeves), they appear to act as regular human arms.

Well, zombified piglins should have their arms like player arms, but when ther are attacked their arms would be like zombie arms.
So, this is an strange bug.
