It appears as though the bottom of the potted cactus was accidentally removed when fixing MC-182249. Three potential fix models are attached - see comments for descriptions of each.

Fix 1 fixes this and MC-188459, but there's a new ugly effect on the bottom as a result that might not be so appealing. I can make a second fix with a slightly bigger json file but that avoids this problem.
Fix 2 is slightly bigger, and doesn't actually fix the rendering bug much, so should probably be avoided.
Fix 3, the smallest, avoids the rendering bugs entirely by just giving the bottom face its own texture. However, this comes with the tradeoff that the bottom of the flower pot's texture visibly changes when a cactus specifically is added. This could be remedied by giving a dedicated new texture to the bottom of the pot, but I'm not sure if that would be worth it.
