[MC-190163] Zoglin spawn eggs don't occasionally spawn baby zoglins on their own accord

The bug

Since MC-167377 is intended, using zoglin spawn eggs will always spawn an adult zoglin and will never randomly spawn a baby zoglin piglet on their own accord.

To reproduce

Just use a zoglin spawn egg and right-click on a block
→ ❌ All zoglins from their own spawn egg are always adults

I still can, the issue is that zoglins are always adults unless you use the egg directly on an existing one
