[MC-190572] The Zombie-Villager mob in the forest biome's hands aren't in the right place

The zombified version of the Forest style Villager's hands are in the wrong place, instead of where they supposed to be they are folded around his head in a weird shape.

I do not use any resource pack, and the bug is still going today.
