[MC-191626] End Crystal explosions don't trigger TNT

The Bug
When an End Crystal explodes it doesn't activate the TNT to explode unlike other explosions

Okay, thank you, I have modified MC-181746 and updated it to include this case. The fact that the explosion is centered on the base block of the end crystal may be a separate bug, but in the mean time, MC-181746 is what is happening here.
