[MC-192582] Realms on java decides it doesn't want to work anymore and doesn't save properly

Java realm just doesn't backup properly and put me back in time 40minutes-WITHOUT me restoring a backup.

What I expected to happen was...:
realms to work properly

What actually happened was...:

realms decided to restore a 40 minute old backup and waste my time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. play on realms for a few hours

2. relog and all your progress goes bye-bye

This looks like a duplicate of REALMS-401/REALMS-4218. Make sure to do a quick search for your bug before posting it, and then vote for it, comment on it, and follow it. This is the best way for it to be prioritized by Mojang. Making a duplicate post means more work for the volunteers who help out to moderate and clean things up for the developers to look at and fix what needs to be fixed.

Also, this looks like a Realms-specific issue. For better results and for people who understand Realms better to see your issue, in the future, please post Realms bugs in the Realms project.
