Were you able to recreate this in vanilla. It might be a left over bug from the mod.

yes... this was a new world made in vanilla, made before optifine for 1.16(the world was), i never join the world with optifine because i only really use optifine on servers and then survival worlds, this was a creative test world

No it's just you. I just wanted to confirm it wasn't left over from optifine. Sorry about that

I feel like they just used commands or intentory editting programs to obtain these boots and made it seem like it was legit. No other reports related to this issue, and soul speed is not obtainable using enchanting table
