[MC-19707] Sky brightens at night when looking straight upwards and opening inventory

Hello, i found a bug in BdoubleO100's new video where the time was looking like day while it was actually night. You can see it here http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=9HXwrxhveRg#t=1223s

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make a survival world (not tested with creative)
2. Set the time to night (14000)
3. Look ALL the way up!
4. Open your inventory

Ok, it seems to be a Survival-only bug, never happens in Creative. The sky turns really bright. Still can't reproduce the related problem MC-2472 in Survival and Creative though, this one seems to be fixed.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

This isn't a bug anymore in MC version 1.7.4. Seems to be solved now.
