after going from 1.16.1 to 1.16.2 and changing RandomTickSpeed to above 500 on an old/slow computer chunks beyond 16 did not load. new chunks only loaded after over 2 minutes from a tp. you can fly through unloaded chunks and glitch cuntinued on new computer.

for some reson the chunks around the loaded chunks load load when near them as in aproxamently 3 chunks from them.
Also The Photos are from a area that I teleported to after the issue started and all command blocks in the area are blank when they previously were not. I desired to go back to an outdated save to fix the problem. Also it took over 10 minutes to load chunks I tp to and 10+ minutes to save and Quit.
This indeed appears to be a duplicate of MC-76117, which was later resolved as, "Works As Intended" by one of the developers at Mojang. See the parent ticket for further details.
