[MC-199827] Chest/Furnace changes direction it's facing when going through diagonally placed rails inside Minecarts

1) Place rails diagonally

2) Place a chest minecart

3) Push a chest minecart

4) Notice how chest changes direction it's facing constantly (See video)

Sorry for watermarks all over the footage, can't really record with anything else right now.
