[MC-200645] Infested blocks drop their normal variants

The summary says it all. I used an efficiency 5 silk touch netherite pickaxe, but I think only the silk touch enchantment affects this.

I don't see how this is a duplicate as that ticket focuses on the lack of a spawn.
