Ghasts don't fire fireballs from their mouths anymore (too high)

This broke some time in 1.2, it works properly in 1.1

Still affects 25w19a. Given the centrality of having a Ghast in the new update, it's a good time to fix it.

Still affects 25w20a. With Ghasts now dropping vinyl records, more players will see this bug.
