Every time I open a Minecraft World the ground starts to glitch and turns black and the screen starts to glitch with black bars. Is this a Minecraft problem or is it my computer?

I think you misunderstood the request. It's not a chunk border screenshot that was requested, but a screenshot with the F3 debug menu enabled (the one with all the text).

Duplicate of MC-186601, it's an issue specifically when using AMD CPUs with Nvidia GPUs.
