[MC-204683] Copper and Cut Copper can't be used on a stonecutter

I noticed that Copper Blocks and Cut Copper Blocks can't be used on a Stonecutter.

That those could be used there, like Quartz.

They couldn't be used there.

That's inconsistent with stone-related blocks that can be cut. Quartz Blocks also can be cut on a Stonecutter, so minerals can be also cut.

I don't think that this is a request. It is inconsistent with Quartz (which is a stone, yes, but a mineral one).
