Copper Blocks variants like slabs/stairs/cut copper cannot be crafted through Stonecutter

The Bug
On Bedrock Edition, you can craft copper block variants (cut copper, stairs, slabs) with stonecutter. This isn't currently possible on Java Edition however.

How to Reproduce
1. Put a copper block or a cut copper block on a stonecutter to craft.
--> ❌ You cannot craft stairs/slabs/cut copper with a stonecutter.
