[MC-205045] Players do not freeze inside powder snow cauldrons

The bug

Standing inside of a powder snow cauldron does not freeze the player.

How to reproduce

Place down a cauldron
Fill it with powder snow and stand inside of it
Wait a while, and notice that you do not freeze

This is related to MC-203565, MC-106813, and MC-145311. This ticket and those tickets are all about cauldrons not having the same properties as the block they're filled with.

How is the resolution here a won't fix? What happened here? Then I guess the bug is that lava cauldrons do burn you or what? Inconsistencies/bugs just not getting fixed all over?

Why is this wont fix? Lava inflicts fire damage, so why doesnt this freeze?

This got resolved as Won't Fix, unless it gets reopened, there's no need to confirm it for new versions.
