[MC-205076] Game mode selection is ordered differently

Game mode selection on the Create New World screen is ordered differently - used to be Survival, then Hardcore and Creative. Now it is Survival, Creative and Hardcore, which doesn't make much sense.

Agreed. Could cause some speedrunners issues while creating worlds as of muscle memory

Not just speedrunners, I've had this problem more or less every time I've tried to make a creative world in the new snapshots. It's not a massive deal, but it is a bit of a pain counteracting six years of muscle memory 😛
