Inconsistency: Leather horse armor does not give horses resistance to powder snow

Are you sure this is a duplicate of MC-205206? MC-205206 is about the horse sinking into the powder snow while wearing leather armor. This ticket appears to say that a horse wearing leather armor will freeze at the same rate as a horse that is not wearing leather armor.

This is related to MC-205104 and MC-205041.

I've edited the summary for MC-205206 accordingly. It's probably considered a feature request anyway.
